Hi, I’m Rachel.
I’m a Technical Analyst and trainer who helps people move from “I don’t understand this” to “I can do this.”
For more than 15 years, I’ve supported technology learning and adoption across public-sector organizations, nonprofits, education, and small businesses. My work sits where people, systems, and practical learning meet.
I created TechTidy to share useful learning openly, test better ways to explain technology, and contribute to more inclusive digital participation.
